Job Description:

Gospacy.ai, a leading global SaaS platform reshaping the advertising landscape, is seeking a visionary Sales Business Head to drive our strategic growth initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of our sales operations, guiding the team to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and cultivate exceptional customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Leadership:

Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies to propel the company towards its objectives and revenue targets in the global advertising market.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Business Development and Innovation:

Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats within the advertising ecosystem.

Devise proactive measures to capitalise on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks, driving innovation and growth.

Relationship Management and Performance Analysis:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across global markets.

Drive sales and business development activities while monitoring performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelors degree in business or marketing (MBA preferred).

Experience and Leadership:

5-10 years of leadership experience in advertising, demonstrating a proven track record of success.

Strong business sense and strategic thinking to develop effective growth plans.

Inspiring leader who builds and motivates high-performing teams.

Skills and Attributes:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation.

Comprehensive Advertising Expertise:

360 advertising experience, including newspaper, radio, TV, outdoor, transit, and OTT.


Salary: CTC 12-15 Lacs per annum.


Location: MG Road, Bangalore.
