Our technology expertise spans Microsoft family of tools like .NET, SharePoint, MSBI and Java family of tools like J2EE, JSP and Struts.
Job Description
- 10 to 15 years of experience in demand generation, business development, sales operations to USA, Europe & other geography.
- 2yrs to 3yrs experience in end to end sales cycle.
- Should have experience in managing BD team of 7 to 10 people for services portfolio.
- Primarily responsible for developing relationships with new customers.
- Demonstrate an understanding of customer's critical business issues and propose ESSPL solutions that help clients meet their business objectives.
- Formulate Account & Sales strategies in collaboration with the Pre sales Team & Service line Heads.
- Achieve Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly target commitments as agreed with the Sales Leadership.
- Service Line Coverings – SW Product Development & Engineering Services, Enterprise Dashboard, BI & Analytics, Microsoft Stack, Solutions & Services. Minimum Exposure to new disruptive technologies like IoT, AI and Blockchain
- Should have experience in one of the Industry Coverings – Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics & Hi-Tech Verticals
- Support sales and marketing plans; Keep track of leads progression to closure
- Creating an Audit sales pipeline regularly.
- Publish reports periodically along with analysis and actions
- Support and execute various social media, online and offline sales campaigns
Key Responsibility:
- End to End sales: Drive the sales process through Lead Generation, Nurture Prospects, Sales Negotiations, Presales, Demos, Commercials, Deal Closure & Post deal engagements.
- Team Management: Leading, Mentoring, Monitoring and Nurturing team of BDEs, Lead Generators and Data Researchers to Execute Successful Sales Campaigns.
- Market Penetration: covering global locations including USA, Europe, ANZ, APAC for various services offerings.
- Sales Strategies: Prepare and Manage Business plans & Sales Strategy to improve sales performance, efficiency and outcome
