Role Description

1. Prospecting: Identifying and contacting potential customers.

2. Lead qualification: Determining if leads are a good fit for the product or service.

3. Needs assessment: Understanding customers' needs and pain points.

4. Product demonstration: Showcasing products or services via phone, screen sharing, or online demos.

5. Handling objections: Addressing concerns and overcoming sales obstacles.

6. Closing deals: Finalizing sales and negotiating terms.

7. Relationship building: Nurturing customer relationships for future sales opportunities.

8. Data entry: Updating customer information and sales activity in CRM systems.

9. Meeting sales targets: Achieving monthly or quarterly sales quotas.

10. Staying up-to-date: Continuously learning about products, services, and industry trends.

Education : Completed Bachelor's Degree

Language: Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office. Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, customer service, and communication skills. Comfortable providing direction and adaptable to changing requirements .Strong coordination skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and according to event requirements.
