Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team.- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues effectively.- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support.- Strong understanding of client relationship management.- Ability to analyze and interpret client issues accurately.- Familiarity with ticketing systems and service desk software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
