Note: The position will be based in Dubai OnsiteShortlisted candidates will be called for In-person Interviews in Bengaluru by end of June. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the building materials industry, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to effectively promote new products and initiatives.Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the building materials industry.Experience in Building Materials Industry is a must.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience in UAE or any GCC country is an added advantageValid UAE or GCC driver’s license is an plus.
