Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base through networking, referrals, and outreach. Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients to ensure business continuity and retention. Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with existing vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of quality services and products. Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements with vendors, ensuring value for both parties. Continuously evaluate vendor performance, ensuring they meet agreed-upon standards and expectations. Explore new vendor relationships to improve business offerings and optimize costs. Business Development & Strategy: Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's portfolio and presence. Research industry trends, market demands, and competitors to inform strategic business decisions. Develop and implement effective business development strategies and action plans to meet growth targets. Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and partners and initiate outreach campaigns. Sales and Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring agreements are favorable and aligned with the company's objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to prepare proposals and quotations that meet client needs. Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads, ensuring timely conversion to successful deals. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the leadership team, contributing to overall business growth. Communication & Networking: Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to foster new business relationships. Create and present compelling presentations and proposals to clients and partners, demonstrating the company's value proposition. Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and successes to the senior management team. Project Management & Coordination: Oversee the smooth transition of new business relationships from sales to implementation, ensuring all terms and expectations are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project execution. Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring all business development projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress, key metrics, and potential opportunities. Analyze sales and market data to refine strategies and optimize future business development efforts. Provide insights on customer feedback, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making. Brand Development and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with business development goals. Advocate for the company's products and services, increasing brand visibility and reputation in the market. Support the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and proposals to help close deals. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new tools or technologies that could enhance the company's business development efforts. Regularly review and improve personal skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building to stay competitive. Skills & Qualifications Required: Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management. Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with potential clients and vendors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A results-driven, proactive, and target-focused mindset.
