Role Objective The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving admissions, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility through both online and offline initiatives. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-ins and sales calls for CPL, Pilot Cadet, and Cabin Crew courses Conduct telephonic counselling and convert leads into enrollments Manage follow-ups and CRM/WhatsApp lead tracking tools Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team for online campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) Assist in college visits, seminars, and marketing drives to promote ALPS Participate in on-ground operations and administrative support activities Maintain reports and contribute to monthly sales and marketing performance reviews Skills Required Strong communication and presentation skills Confidence in sales, counselling, and customer handling Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta, Google, etc.) Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets Passion for aviation training and education Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment Work Schedule Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday: Weekly off Why Join ALPS Exposure to aviation, sales, marketing, and operations Be part of a young and dynamic team driving one of India’s fastest-growing aviation institutes Hands-on learning in digital and offline marketing Attractive incentive structure and career growth opportunities How to Apply Apply directly via LinkedIn, or email your CV to with the subject line: Application – Sales & Marketing Executive (Pune)
