Job Title:

Customer Relations Executive (Tele-Sales)

Jobs Review: We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Customer Relation Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and promoting our travel services and packages. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a passion for travel.

Duties & Responsibility

  1. Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email.

  2. Understanding customer needs and answering their queries related to products or services.

  3. Customer Service and Sales experience in European Market will be preferred.

  4. Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

  5. Knowledge of European tourist attractions and destinations.

  6. Must have good Sales skills preferably from Tours and Travel industry

  7. Customer Service and Sales experience in European Market will be preferred.

  8. Work with other departments of the organization to close more deals.

  9. Connecting with prospective customers through their preferred means of communication.

  10. Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect.

  11. Follow the tele-calling script to deliver the perfect pitch while talking to a prospect.

  12. Acquire required customer information for the sales process.

Tele-calling Job Responsibilities

  1. Finding new sales opportunities via inbound calls, outbound calls and email

  2. Calling the existing as well as prospective clients to encourage purchases

  3. Explaining the benefits of the companys products/ services to your potential clients and make the confirmations.

  4. Gathering and updating contact details of individuals

  5. Addressing concerns, uncertainties and suggestions of your customers and clients on time

  6. Making note of important details for every conversation

  7. Keeping a recording of every attempt to close sales, both successful and unsuccessful

  8. Regularly attending team meetings to better clarify progress and expectations related to your performance

  9. Conducting every interaction with respect regardless of the behavior of other parties

  10. Maintaining the business database by entering, verifying and also backing up relevant data.

Requirements:

  1. Sales skills along with experience, Tours and Travel & Tourism sales experience/ skills are plus.

  2. Customer Service and Sales experience in European Market will be preferred.

  3. Experience in creating sales, follow up & booking reservations.

  4. Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

  5. Knowledge of local tourist attractions and destinations.

  6. Multitasking & Time Management.

  7. Attention to details.
