**JD for the position of Customer Relation Executive.**

**Location**:Nariman Point, Mumbai.

**Experience**:1 year.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors within the manufacturing industry.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, manufacturers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders in the manufacturing industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, operations, engineering, and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, regulations, and market dynamics within the manufacturing sector.
- Identify areas for expansion, diversification, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support business development efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Salary**: ₹210,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer Relation Executive: 1 year (preferred)
