  • Design and deploy potent sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue objectives and optimizing business prospects.
  • Lead initiatives to expand our reach and partnerships globally, contributing to the growth of our client base in diverse markets.
  • Forge and nurture personalized relationships with clients worldwide, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Employ diverse channels to identify and convert leads into active clients across international markets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic marketing approaches tailored to various regions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction on a global scale.
  • Provide training to Counsellors on Universities.
  • Provide insightful weekly and monthly reports and ensure adherence to international regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in international business development or client relationship management, within the overseas educational consultancy sector is a must.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience.
  • Exceptional communication (in Malayalam and English), sales, negotiation, and networking skills with a global mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across borders, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with educational technology trends is advantageous.
  • Comfortable in handling multiple projects and working on tight deadlines.
