Job Title: Head of Interior Design

Location:

Kozhikode

Responsibilities:·

Lead the interior design team in conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions.·

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve design objectives and business goals.·

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into inspiring workspace designs.·

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.·

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.·

Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite to develop design concepts and presentations.·

Close sales by effectively presenting design proposals to clients and managing the sales funnel.

Requirements:·

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (B.Arch/B.Des). (Master's degree in Interior Design is preferred.)·

Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design or architecture, with proven expertise in leading design projects.·

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for pushing boundaries and challenging conventions.·

Build and nurture a talented and diverse team of interior designers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.·

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.·

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite.·

Experience in project management and managing client relationships.·

Proven ability to close sales through effective design presentations and communication.
