Senior Sales Manager – (West India)Location - Mumbai

About the role:

This position will be accountable for selling Oracle Communications solutions to multiple customers large Telecom cellular service Providers This position requires an individual who can manage and develop End Customer relationships with new and existing Customers & lead joint discussions with End customers to drive business Growth. Applicants should have experience managing End customer & partner relationships, including identification of new business opportunities with new and assigned partners.

Job Responsibilities:

The applicant will be responsible for leading the business model and strategy to execute Revenue Targets for both Direct and Indirect business in the assigned region and key assigned accounts, Should have a strong sales background and existing relationships with End customers in Mumbai. The role will require interpersonal skills, technical skills, and an understanding of Oracle strategies and business models.

Direct / Indirect Sales for Oracle Communications solutions Key service providers in the assigned region.Responsible and accountable for achieving allocated quarterly and annual sales quota for Products (Hardware & license) & first-year maintenance.Prospect and increase awareness of Oracle Communications’ products in the assigned region and build a sustainable and growing pipeline of opportunities.Account management for existing Oracle Communications customer accounts, Manage ongoing relationships & handle end-to-end responsibility of Customer requirements, and business challenges, and propose suitable solutions.Identification of expansion opportunities in existing accounts by cross-selling and upselling of advanced solutions relevant to customer roadmap.Engagement with key System Integrators, Resellers, and Distributors in the Voice Communications domain to achieve defined targets for indirect business.Work collaboratively with other Oracle lines of business to identify opportunities in the Oracle installed base.Manage and close Oracle Communications sales opportunities through account and opportunity planning and execution.Learn and maintain process and functional knowledge and associated business benefits of Oracle Communications products customer references, competitors, and industry trends.Work with product experts and Solution consultants to develop presentations, content, and Value propositions specific to customer business environment.Negotiate pricing, concessions, and contractual agreements to close the sale.Manage the entire Sales life cycle management including Delivery, Execution, and ongoing Support Engagements.Managing Business plan as per assigned target and along with JAPAC Business strategy to achieve regional goals.Understanding of Building Pipeline, Sales reporting, Approval, and forecast processes.

Qualifications and experience required:

Track record of selling communication products & Solutions for customers.Strong business and technical acumen with a good understanding of the market drivers and company strategies.Proven ability and track record to perform individually and drive all the aspects of a sales cycle from gaining initial interest to closure and beyond.Experience in managing relationships with End Customers and partners in the Unified Communication & Contact Center market space.Experience in Leading direct customer engagements, Technology presentations, business discussions, and negotiations.Background & Understanding of Voice Communications, IP Networks & Cloud Communications.Adaptive to working in a team environment with presales, Channel Account Managers, ISR, and backend Sales operations.Agility to adapt to complex business situations and competitive environments.Excellent presentation & communication skills. position is responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.
