Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager located in Ramakrishnanagar, Mysore. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling financial activities, and maintaining high standards for food and beverage services. The role also involves handling receptionist duties, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and Financial Management
  • Proven Sales and Marketing skills
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage Management
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in hotel management preferred
