**Job Title: Front Office Executive**

**Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹23,000/month**

**Experience: 3-5 years preferred**

**Reporting To: Front Office Manager / General Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hotel Front Office**:

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Handle check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain guest records and billing using PMS (Property Management System)
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and room service teams for guest needs

**Restaurant Reception**:

- Greet restaurant guests and manage table bookings
- Maintain a reservation log and coordinate with the captain for guest seating
- Handle takeaway and home delivery calls (if applicable)
- Upsell combo offers or daily specials when answering guest queries
- Collect guest feedback and maintain service quality reports

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
- Customer-first attitude with a pleasant personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems, etc.)
- Multitasking ability and willingness to work in rotating shifts
- Knowledge of hotel/restaurant management software is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
- Experience in a similar role at a hotel or fine-dining restaurant preferred
