Front Office Executive

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Job Responsibilities:
1.Handling front desk, Check-in Check-out
2.Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
3.Handling Incoming and Outgoing calls.
4.Preparing and maintaining the various reports and documents.
5.Coordinate Meetings/Visits / Annual Activities
6.Coordination with Housekeeping / F&B Service and other departments in the Hotel
7. Assisting guest for transport booking & give local information
8. Handling cash payments
9. Manage online and phone reservations
10.Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
11.Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
12.Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
13.Up-sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
14.Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software, like Lucid, IDS, HMS
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Degree in hotel management is a plus
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
