Job Overview:

SBL is in search for an aggressive Sales Manager to drive their BIM Sales for International clients. We are looking for a competent Sales Manager with excellent organizational skills to acquire new logos and achieve the revenue targets set every year. The task of the Sales Manager is to achieve sales and revenue targets set for the division, develop sales tactics, strategies, and action plans for key growth. You will be responsible for meeting customer acquisition goals along with the revenue growth objectives. We expect you to build relationships, understand market trends, and identify specific customer needs to enhance business value

Role and Responsibilities:

Manage potential deals from lead to close globally Generate US$ 1 M revenue at the minimum per year Build a hungry-driven world-class sales team that consistently hits goals, is passionate about the company's growth plan and vision Build repeatable and scalable sales processes that achieve accelerated growth and turn company's early growth potential into that of a well-trained army. Set monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual sales goals, manage the team towards achieving them. Identify critical issues impacting the team's performance and fix problems. Engage, network, and close deals with customers, across industries Develop and implement a sales strategy for multiple service lines across geographies. Identify and close new opportunities to expand both domain and verticals. Work closely with various stakeholders to manage and be accountable for a data-driven sales process & sales efficiency. Collaborate and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams like Marketing, sales and operations team deliver to goals and remove any roadblocks along the way

You must have:

Excellent communication, management style, and presentation skills Must have minimum 3 years extensive experience in generating sales from international customers in services of Scan to BIM, CAD to BIM, Plant Modelling, etc., Unbridled enthusiasm for helping and serving customers with a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach
