Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team to drive performance and meet targets
  • Must have experince in B2B Corporate sales.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to create effective sales strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to exploit them
  • Set and track sales targets for the team ensuring accountability and performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
  • Participate in negotiations and closing major deals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales or related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to analyze sales data and interpret trends
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
