Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on Online (Amazon, Google, Meta , Tata 1 mg etc) and offline (traditional retail) and Wuick commerce channels to drive sales growth and achieve company’s monetization goals.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities in traditional online and offline channels, including Amazon, meta , Google, tata1 mg , flipkart etc and national retail chains, new retail outlets, gyms, salons, and nutraceutical shops.
Budget Management: Oversee the online and offline marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation across various traditional channels to maximize Return on Ad Spend ( ROAS) and Return on Investment (ROI)
Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns across traditional media such as print, radio, TV, and events to boost brand visibility and sales.
Online Sales Growth: Collaborate closely with sales teams to create and execute online marketing strategies that leverage ad spend and targeting key words for Amazon, Google and Meta and also monitor sales in channels like Tata 1 Mg , Flip Kart as well as Zepto, Blinkit etc for driving sales.
Offline Sales Growth: Collaborate closely with sales teams to create and execute offline marketing strategies that leverage retail partnerships and traditional media for expanding brand presence and driving sales.
Quick commerce Sales Growth: Collaborate closely with sales teams to create and execute marketing and sales strategies to sell on channels such as Zepto, Blinkist etc
CRM Strategy: Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty in online, offline and Quick commerce channels using data-driven insights to improve the customer journey.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report key performance metrics for online , offline and quick commerce campaigns, providing actionable insights to senior management for data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of marketing and sales experience with a proven track record in campaign management and team leadership focused on online, quick commerce and offline sales across traditional retail channels.
Experience in building and executing sales and marketing strategies for nutraceuticals in online, quick commerce and offline channels, including national chains, new retail, traditional retail, gyms, salons, and supplement shops.
Background in the FMCG & Nutraceuticals sectors is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of traditional marketing and sales strategies, tools, and analytics, with an emphasis on offline sales growth.
Knowledge of ads on Amazon, Google, meta, Zepto , Blinkist etc
Proficiency in traditional media planning and execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative thinking in online , quick commerce andoffline sales and marketing.
