Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include client acquisition, relationship management, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. The role also involves market research, attending industry events, and collaborating with developers and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Real Estate Sales
- Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Leadership skills and experience managing a sales team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience with prominent developers in the region is a plus
