Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for Office Admin Assistant role:
Location: New Delhi
Work Mode: WFO (5 days working)
Shift: General
NOTE: 1 year of contractual role (Extendable on good performance)
Mandatory criteria
- Excellent Communication
- Need resources from Manufacturing Background
- Need some one with his / her own vehicle ( 2 wheeler)
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage professional email communications on behalf of the team.
- Coordinate with government officials and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Welcome and assist guests, including senior bureaucrats and dignitaries, with appropriate etiquette.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendar invites.
- Support planning and execution of internal events and meetings.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and office supplies management.
- Assist in organizing travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Your Profile
- 2- 3 years of experience in office administration or executive assistance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous and professional approach.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in interacting with government officials or senior stakeholders is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
