Profile – SDL / Assistant Vice President Operations

LOB – Telecom

Domain – Telecom

Work Location – Noida - this would be a work from Office role.

Minimum Experience and Exposure –

• At least 10+ years US Telecom Email - strategy experience in a comparable role –

• Advanced knowledge in Telecom products and services; related state and federal laws and regulations, and other related policies and procedures

• Advanced experience, knowledge and training in all Telecom Customer Service activities and terminology.

• The top traits of the resource should be communication skills and analytical ability on top of their knowledge of US telecom.
