Role Description:

This is a full-time Vice President of Sales (Real Estate) role in Noida.

As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the real estate sales department and leading a team of sales professionals.

Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, driving revenue growth, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the sales team's performance.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales or a similar role in the real estate industry.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of the real estate market and trends.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.

- Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in sales and CRM software.

- Strong leadership and management abilities.
