If you’re a visionary leader with a track record in driving success, we’d love to meet you Experience : 6-12 years CTC : upto 20 LPA + variable depending on the current CTC Mandatory experience in FMCG domain with atleast 5 years of Sales experience in Personal Care category LOCATION: Noida Ph-2 (Head Office) Travel Required: Across the West UP Kindly share the following details in your re sume : Total Experience in years and Domain Current & Expected CTC Current Residing Location Are you willing to travel? Notice Period ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage successful coordination with Client, and brand teams to discuss and finalize important business elements Liaison with client to construct a robust and successful annual joint business plan (JBP) Lead business team reviews and oversee compilation of analytical dashboards encompassing sales reports and forecasts, enriched with actionable insights for informed decision-making Provide inputs to supply chain planning team for achievement of business objectives and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels. Manage continuous monitoring and evaluation of prevailing market trends, competitor activities, industry developments, legislative changes and evolving customer needs Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with pivotal stakeholders, spanning clients, suppliers, community organizations, and regulatory bodies, wherever deemed necessary. Instill a culture of continuous development and high performance in the team; Champion organizational values through effective role-modelling of desired behaviors.
