Job Description Job Title/Grade: Sales Officer
Department: Business (Home Loan)
Location: Age group: 21-35 Years
Reporting To: Cluster Manager-sales
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualification: 12th ,Any degree or postgraduate degree.
- Experience: 0-10 years.
Skills and Traits:
Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to organize, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Confidence, self-motivation, passion for selling, personal ambition, resilience, and persistence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers for home loans and mortgages through direct sales activities.
Conduct field work to meet clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Meet monthly targets set by the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Meet officials in town planning and panchayat offices. - Build relationships with small builders, contractors, civil engineers, planners, draftsmen, hardware store dealers, local masons, real estate developers, brokers, and sub-registrar office officials.
- Distribute brochures and pamphlets at key places.
- Work with trader and professional associations to promote the brand, get their members' list, and do promotional campaigns.
- Find new construction projects through market research.
- Analyse business trends and set targets to create new strategies
- Handle sales and related administrative tasks.
- Screen proposals, coordinate with the cluster manager, complete documentation, and manage loan disbursement schedules.
- Follow up on collections during the construction stage and for EMI payments.
- Ensure no delays in EMI payments.
