Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Operations Manager based in Chennai. The Area Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and support branch managers, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive operational efficiency, and lead process improvements. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in Operations Management and Team Leadership
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
- Skills in Process Improvement and Performance Monitoring
- Proven ability in Problem Solving and Decision Making
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
