Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location: North (WFO) - Noida | East ( Remote ) | West ( Remote ) | South ( Remote )

Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in Industry Equipment/ Tools/ Electronics/Hardware distribution

Compensation: Competitive salary + Annual Bonus, Incentives, Medical Insurance, Travel Allowance

About Us: Trivoid Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is expanding aggressively, targeting a ₹5-6 crore monthly turnover as we move toward an IPO. We specialize in B2B sales, catering to dealers, corporate clients, government agencies, and online marketplaces. If you are a sales-driven leader who can own a region and drive results, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Sales Growth – Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets in your assigned region.


Dealer Network Expansion – Identify and onboard new dealers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.


Corporate & Government Sales – Drive high-value deals with corporate clients and government agencies


Sales Team Management – Lead and support Sales Executives to maximize performance and achieve regional quotas.


Market & Competitor Analysis – Track market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics.


Sales Reporting & CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, conversions, and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Industry Equipment/ Tools/ Electronics/Hardware distribution Proven track record in dealer acquisition, corporate sales, and government contracts Strong leadership and team management experience Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience in working with CRM tools & sales analytics
