SECTION 2 – JOB SUMMARY

  • The Regional Sales Manager is a sales leader for the M.V. Shoe Care Pvt. Ltd. business. The successful candidate will manage the assigned region for the company to drive growth initiatives working in conjunction with a group of sales professionals. The position requires excellent communications skills, sales leadership, and management abilities. The Regional Sales Manager acts as a conduit to senior management to communicate critical issues of our customers/clients. This position also acts as the key sales decision-maker
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams, sales Head, CFO and Senior Finance manager and all staff.

SECTION 3 – KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Devise appropriate strategies & initiatives for achievement of sales target for the NORTH region.
  • Implement new sales strategies and techniques to develop new clients.
  • Developing a sales plan with the Sales team.
  • Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with distributors, vendors, and business partners.
  • Creating and maintaining monthly sales reports for their regions.
  • Coordinating with the store manager/clients/distributors and knowing their needs.
  • Ensuring the store adheres to the compliance of the organization.
  • Evaluate store and individual performances on monthly basis.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  • Accomplishing sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

SECTION 4 – EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Graduate or preferred qualification

Years' Experience (i.e. Relevant experience, Industry Experience, Management level experience, etc)

  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work for long periods of time and travel as and when required.
  • Ability to motivate and maintain a positive working environment with great leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of Footwear industry, who can manage Key A/c clients as well as Distribution client.
