Program execution and collaborationExecute marketing strategies designed, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Manage the end-to-end implementation of marketing programs, including timelines, resources, and budgets.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product marketing, design, digital marketing, analyst relations, partner marketing) to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.Project ManagementDevelop detailed project plans, including schedules, tasks, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs.Monitor program performance, track progress against goals, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Market Research and AnalysisConducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement and new initiatives.Gather and analyze data on customer insights, competitor activities, and market trends to inform marketing decisions.Performance Tracking and Reporting:Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.Regularly report on the progress and success of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into marketing programs where applicable.Experience8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on program management.Proven track record of executing complex marketing strategies and managing large-scale marketing programs.SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, organization, and attention to detail.
