Position Overview:

The Senior Manager Finance will lead the financial planning, Audit & regulatory compliances & Oversee Taxation & Pricing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Monthly book closure and group financials to ensure audit ready closureMonthly intercompany billing and balancesAnnual audits - Managing Internal audits, consolidated audits of the group under IFRS and standalone audits under local GAAPTax audits, TP audits for India entityTransfer pricing compliances for group entitiesOverseeing Direct tax and Indirect tax compliancesPeriodic review of IFC and compliance to these controlsBalance sheet and cash flow projections to investors/Banks/Internal consumptionESOP valuations, cost and compliancesOversee Investor reportingManaging strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

CA qualified candidatesExperience:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial planning, Taxation & Regulatory Compliances, Internal Audit, Group Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, US and Indian Taxation, Transfer PricingSkills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsLeadership:

Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strategic Thinking:

Ability to think strategically and provide insights that drive business decisions. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
