About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Leader to join our team in India. As a key member of our finance department, you will work closely with our Finance Controller and cross-functional teams to ensure a high-performing finance team and effective controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Accounting: Ensure accurate financial accounting as per applicable reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Month-End Financial Reporting: Oversee timely and complete financial reporting, including review of key items schedules like Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation Statements, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
  • Statutory Compliance: Manage GST compliance, both inward and outward, and WHT compliances. Review GST inward reconciliation and filing, and withholding tax assessments.
  • Audit Management: Coordinate statutory audit, tax audit, transfer pricing audit, and internal audit.
  • Tax Management: Oversee corporate tax return filing, corporate tax assessments, GST tax assessments, and WHT return filing and assessments.
  • Vendor Payments: Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, including external and employee claims.
  • Cash Payment Forecasting: Develop cash payment forecasting on a monthly basis.
  • Funds Management: Manage company funds effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Fixed Assets Review: Conduct quarterly reviews of fixed assets.
  • Interco Recharges: Ensure accurate intercompany recharges.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant with at least 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Experience working with Big 4 auditing firms is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership skills, including team development and management.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum.
