Position Overview: The Senior Manager Finance will lead the financial planning, Audit & regulatory compliances & Oversee Taxation & Pricing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly book closure and group financials to ensure audit ready closure- Monthly intercompany billing and balances- Annual audits - Managing Internal audits, consolidated audits of the group under IFRS and standalone audits under local GAAP- Tax audits, TP audits for India entity- Transfer pricing compliances for group entities- Overseeing Direct tax and Indirect tax compliances- Periodic review of IFC and compliance to these controls- Balance sheet and cash flow projections to investors/Banks/Internal consumption- ESOP valuations, cost and compliances- Oversee Investor reporting- Managing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Education: CA qualified candidates- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial planning, Taxation & Regulatory Compliances, Internal Audit, Group Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, US and Indian Taxation, Transfer Pricing- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide insights that drive business decisions. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
