Job Responsibilities: Team Management & Communication: Handle and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain clear and open communication within the team to resolve issues efficiently. Support and guide team members in their daily activities to achieve operational excellence. Customer Communication: Interact with customers professionally to address complaints, queries, or feedback. Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and maintain a positive relationship with all clients. Corporate Client Relations: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients. Communicate regularly regarding product requirements, bulk orders, pricing, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality product deliveries. Understand and address the specific needs of corporate clients to provide customized service solutions. Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure a smooth post-delivery experience. Assist management in expanding and nurturing long-term corporate partnerships. Operational Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, including dispatch, logistics, and inventory management. Ensure smooth coordination between production, supply chain, and delivery teams. Maintain product quality standards and operational efficiency.
