**Skills and Attributes for Success**:

- Prepare and review US business tax returns and workpapers, including Forms 1065, 1120-S, and 1120.
- Experience in filing extensions, estimates, and handling federal and state tax notices.
- Strong proficiency in CCH Axcess, Engagement Binder, and Caseware software.
- Experience with ASC 740, 1041, 990, 1099, 1042-S, FBAR, FATCA, 5472, State and Local tax is a plus.
- Solid understanding of US tax laws and compliance standards.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather data and resolve tax issues.
- Utilize tax software effectively to streamline workflows and documentation.
- Stay current with tax practices and changes in tax laws.
- Experience in client correspondence, billing, research, and writing.
- Develop, motivate, and train junior team members.
- Ability to work independently and meet tax filing deadlines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 2-7 years of experience in US Federal Tax - Corporate, Partnerships, S-Corps, Investment Management, Private Equity - Forms 1120, 1065, 1120-S.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tax research tools.
- Enrolled Agent or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Education in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Knowledge in financial statement analysis and general ledger accounting is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solver and a team player.
- Flexible and practical approach to work.
