Job Overview

Urban Livings Bussiness Unit - Urban Infra ) seeks a Formwork Systems Business Development professional to join our dynamic teams in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai. The role is designed for a mid-level professional with up to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our formwork rental and construction services, utilizing their skills in a basic understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, and formwork design to support complex construction projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Direct Sales and Marketing
  • Basic Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and designing construction plans, with the ability to improve project delivery timelines.
  • Extensive knowledge of formwork design, emphasizing efficiency and safety in construction operations.
  • Strong understanding of construction project management, analyzing progress and deploying resources effectively.
  • Skillful in applying BIM techniques for detailed structural modelling and clash detection, enhancing project accuracy.
  • Solid background in structural engineering, focusing on the integrity and safety of construction designs.
  • Familiar with concrete construction techniques, ensuring robust and resilient building structures.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations compliance to uphold the highest safety standards across all projects.

  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in formwork systems across targeted regions.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine formwork strategies that optimize project timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety standards in all formwork design and practice, minimizing risk on site.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams, enhancing client communication and securing contracts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality delivery aligned with Urban Living's standards.
