Job Title: Business Development Executive – Residential Solar EPC
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Business Development
Salary: 15,000-18,000 (Take Home) per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Week Offs: Sundays
Job Summary
We are hiring Business Development Executives to promote and sell residential solar rooftop systems. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into successful installations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about renewable energy and eager to contribute to India's clean energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, door-to-door marketing, and local networking.
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar rooftop systems and available subsidy schemes.
- Conduct site visits and collect basic site information for design and quotation preparation.
- Coordinate with the internal design and execution teams for technical and pricing support.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure lead conversion and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit and call reports and share updates with the Reporting Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / MBA (any stream).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, or home solution products.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willing to travel within the assigned area for field sales.
