What We're Looking For

We're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6-10 years of experience in Sales/GTM hiring. Your purpose will be to strategically partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders across , ensuring that they can hire the talent they need as quickly as possible. Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment activity across multiple functions, attracting and hiring great talent for , with a focus on Sales/GTM hires. Build strong stakeholder relationships with Business Leaders & Hiring Communities, understanding the business and providing candidates that are the right fit for Define and develop attraction and recruiting strategies for that are innovative and a break from the norm. Requirements

Proven recruiter in the Sales & GTM fields with a strong track record in meeting ambitious targets. Prior experience of managing relationships with, and influencing Senior stakeholders Expert in using social and professional media platforms to aid hiring efforts An expert in recruiting and sourcing techniques in the technology space, including the utilization of niche sourcing tools and talent mining activities Able to work at pace and use data to inform and influence your approach Very comfortable using cloud based ATS systems and using those systems to deliver insight and analytics to the customer groups
