Job Summary:

Venus Group is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented
Pre-Sales Executives
to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing
tele-calling of fresh leads
, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, maintaining databases, analyzing lead data, and providing timely feedback to enhance lead quality and conversion.

Role Description

  • Handle
    tele-calling
    for fresh leads generated through various sources (IVR, campaigns, database, etc.)
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate lead information
  • Conduct basic
    data analysis
    to assess lead quality and conversion potential
  • Coordinate closely with the
    sales and marketing teams
    to ensure smooth lead handovers
  • Provide regular
    feedback on lead quality
    to improve overall sales performance
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively to maximize lead conversion
  • Assist in preparing lead reports and maintaining proper documentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    6 months of experience
    in pre-sales, tele-calling, or inside sales
  • Languages:
    Hindi, English, and Gujarati (fluency preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of
    data entry
    and
    data analysis
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle targets efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
