Pre-Sales Executives
to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing
tele-calling of fresh leads
, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, maintaining databases, analyzing lead data, and providing timely feedback to enhance lead quality and conversion.
Role Description
- Handle
tele-calling
for fresh leads generated through various sources (IVR, campaigns, database, etc.) - Maintain and update customer databases with accurate lead information
- Conduct basic
data analysis
to assess lead quality and conversion potential - Coordinate closely with the
sales and marketing teams
to ensure smooth lead handovers - Provide regular
feedback on lead quality
to improve overall sales performance - Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively to maximize lead conversion
- Assist in preparing lead reports and maintaining proper documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum
6 months of experience
in pre-sales, tele-calling, or inside sales - Languages:
Hindi, English, and Gujarati (fluency preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of
data entry
and
data analysis - Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle targets efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
