Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Customer Service Executive located in Hyderabad. The Operations and Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting customer service management. The role also includes monitoring and improving customer support processes and practices to enhance client experiences.
