Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Hyderabad. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing customer service tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, handling customer complaints, and managing customer feedback. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to maintain high levels of customer

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is an advantage.
- 5 days Working with 2 rotational weekly off's.
- Candidate should have good Hindi and English Communication skills.**
