Role Summary:
The Regional Sales Leader is responsible for driving sales revenue, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the team. This role requires clinical and technical expertise, an up-to-date knowledge of products and competition, and strong problem-solving skills. Key duties include building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, conducting customer visits and demos, and ensuring integrity within the assigned territory, all while aligning actions with organizational goals.
Location: Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Calcutta, Guwahati, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
·       Develop quarterly plans to achieve revenue targets.
·       Maintain clinical and technical understanding of respective modalities.
·       Build and sustain business relationships.
·       Exceed division sales priorities by driving revenue.
·       Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the company’s vision and priorities.
·       Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts.
·       Stay current on products, programs, and competitive knowledge.
·       Foster trusting relationships with key opinion leaders and promote cutting-edge technologies.
·       Consistently uphold all quality policies within the sales structure.
Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in medical devices, preventive health, or diagnostic imaging equipment.
·       Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
·       Experience in Govt. Sales would be an added advantage.
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·       Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
·       Willingness to travel frequently in assigned territory (10-20 days per month).
