THE ROLE:Are you a seasoned sales executive with a knack for consistently exceeding quotas? As a Customer Sales Director at Skillsoft, you’ll be at the forefront of selling cutting-edge enterprise learning solutions in the dynamic e-learning space. Supported by top-tier sales talent, training, and tools, you’ll thrive in a role that offers flexibility to work remotely or access our service office whenever you wish. On top of a competitive compensation package, you’ll enjoy generous commission accelerators from the moment you hit your targets. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Regional Sales, you’ll collaborate with expert Lead Generation Consultants and Marketing professionals, all working in cohesion to help you succeed.
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:Win new business and expand existing accounts for the world leader in e-learning solutionsLeverage your prospecting skills to identify, qualify, and close dealsSet face to face meetings with business leaders and decision makers including "C" level executives within our target marketplaceDeliver compelling presentations that showcase and articulate the Skillsoft Value PropositionDrive a strong, continuous sales pipeline to ensure ongoing successNavigate and close complex, long-cycle sales processes with skill and confidenceMaster Skillsoft’s consultative, solution-based selling process to provide customized solutions to clientsApply solution and consultative sales skills to manage account cycles
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:A self-driven sales powerhouse with a passion for closing dealsMinimum of 10-15 years of proven success in sales, with a strong track record of achieving/exceeding targetsA formal understanding of and experience with Solution / Consultative Selling is requiredAbility and experience in handling average deal sizes of 200K and aboveAdept at engaging and influencing C-suite executivesMust have the ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growthMust have the ability to call high in an organization and interact with senior level corporate managementMust have the ability to operate with a sense of urgency, be assertive, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitudeMust have the ability to clearly articulate the company's offerings and develop solutions for customers and prospectsStrong stakeholder management skillsExceptional overall communication skills are a mustSalesforce-savvy and proficient in digital business toolsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualificationThis role requires you to be based out of the specified location while having familiarity with local nuances and meet Customers/Prospects as required.
