should be brought to the attention of the Management.Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of the Strategic Sales Plan for the organization.Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Organizations Strategic Plan.Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals is the most desirable management quality followed by honesty integrity ethical behavior tactfulness openness and cultural awareness.
Qualifications :
To fulfil this role successfully you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:Minimum of five (5) Years of Hotel Sales Catering or Marketing Experience.Fouryear college degree preferred.Minimum Years of Leadership Experience in a FullService Hotel: 5 star.Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills.Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office.Ability to perform critical analysis.It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:Additional/advanced degree coursework in business administration marketing and communications.Adaptable experience with business strategy business planning and business plan development.Experience in large matrix organizations.Knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering Software or comparable products.
