As Head of Experiences/Head of Events, The incumbent will be responsible to Turn PVR INOX Cinemas into a preferred destination for small venue/ relevant size events.
Key Responsibilities
To Develop opportunities w.r.t recorded / live events to be streamed at PVR INOX Cinemas
Manage all aspects of event planning, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
Nurture and build relationships with event companies and other industry contacts while crafting and implementing the creative and logistical aspects of all events.
Remain current (or ahead of the curve) with trends and solve operational challenges
Establish procedures and train staff.
Comply with legal, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams, external event companies, and vendors to establish the requirements for an event, and serve as liaison to senior executives, government officials, and industry leaders throughout the planning process
Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials
The applicant must have 10-15 years of experience in event sales.
