National Head - Events Management This role will be Work From Office in Mumbai & willing to travel extensively

2. Should have a minimum of 15 years of Event Management experience.

3. The National Head - Event Management & Operations will be responsible for leading a centralized operations team, overseeing the planning, execution, and management of all Events across various brands and formats.

4. This national-level role demands event planning, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering a WOW experience for all stakeholders.

5. The successful candidate will ensure seamless event execution, from logistics planning to audience management, and drive continuous improvement in event operations.

Event Planning & Execution:

- Lead the development & execution of comprehensive logistics plans for all events, including securing necessary permits, equipment rentals, and venue bookings.

- Oversee the management of key vendors (audio-visual, security, catering, etc.) to ensure high-quality service delivery and on-time completion of all tasks.

- Collaborate with Product & Marketing and teams to ensure seamless integration of event logistics with event programming and audience engagement.

Audience Management & Guest Experience:

- Oversee audience gathering, registration, seamless check-in, seating arrangements, and crowd control.

- Prioritize guest safety and satisfaction, ensuring a positive & memorable experience for all attendees.

Timelines & Schedule Management:

- Develop and maintain a master event timeline for all events, encompassing pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases with clear milestones and deadlines for each stage.

- Create a master event timeline with key milestones and deadlines for each stage of the event.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

- Lead and manage the centralized operations team responsible for all events across brands.

- Establish and maintain high operational standards, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Operations team.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on quality. Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.

Quality Assurance, Risk Management & Continuous Improvement:

- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of service delivery.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth event execution. Handle crisis management and emergency response planning.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and event quality.

Performance Measurement & Reporting:

- Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of events, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in future execution.

- Generate comprehensive reports summarizing event performance and key metrics for stakeholders.
