Job Profile: National Head AID || CTC 35-40 LPA. || Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
Leading the AID business for the organization at the National Level
Develop and implement strategies to secure Paints' business with architects and interior designers nationwide.
Relationship Building - Developing relationships with stakeholders to drive long-term business growth and gain a competitive advantage.
Market Research - Keeping up with industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
Sales process- Meet potential clients (architects and interior designers) to understand their needs, provide relevant solutions, and gain approval.
Analyse business performance and recommend scope for improvement if any.
Leading and guiding team to achieve desired targets and gain potential market share.
Customer Service - Ensuring customer queries are resolved and the services extended on real time basis. Track and provide effective and appropriate solutions to the client's problem and ensure complete customer satisfaction within defined timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of projects
Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive various Marketing initiates with a specific focus on Architects and Interior Designers
Being the face of the company for multiple stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile:
Must Know/ engaged with the top 50 to 100 Architects in that Region
Should have handled CRM
Must have led at least regional/Divisional level the AID team engagement with Architects.
Should have relevant exposure in business development and dealing with architects/interior designers and developers
Experience from relevant industry (building materials is a must)
Educational Background and Work Experience
Full-time postgraduate with an MBA from a reputed institute with 15 to 17 years of experience in handling AIDS in the building materials industry.
