National Sales Head

We’re looking for a National Sales Head to lead our sales strategy across India. As the leader of our sales team, you’ll drive our growth by building strong customer relationships and developing a clear strategy for success in our core market.

Key Responsibilities:

-       Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the OEM segment, setting and achieving sales targets across regions.

-       Manage and train the sales team to focus on core markets and key customers.

-       Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, acting as the primary contact and addressing their needs promptly.

-       Identify new sales channels, and markets to support business growth, prospects for potential new customers.

-       Work with finance, production, and supply chain teams to ensure competitive pricing, consistent messaging, and timely product delivery.

-       Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and detailed reports on business opportunities for management review.

-       Analysis of market and competition.

-       Collaborate with regional sales manager to implement an efficient sales approach nationwide.

Requirements:

-    12-15 years of experience in Sales Management.

-    Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.

-    Exceptional negotiation skills.

 Only candidates having experience in Decorative Laminates, Plywood Industry or Building Materials will be preferred.
