With over 2.2 million tests provided to patients, the company demonstrates its commitment to accessible genetic testing services. What are the Responsibilities of this Role? Identify, map & profile key stakeholders & decision makers in the assigned accounts to implement tactics Proactively identify business opportunities in new and existing account Maintain excellent relationship with customers by understanding their needs and provide solutions Develop Key Account Management plan & territory business plan in line with business unit’s goals Meet & exceed sales target by implementation of key account strategies and promoting Gene Solutions portfolio Responsible for sales planning, forecasting & driving sales tactics Develop sales activities in line with developed business plan Work cross functionally with Medical, Marketing & Operations to support plan and implementation of solutions. We would love to hear from You if You have: Bachelors Degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Lifescience, Biotechnology or related studies. Minimum 3 years of working experience, Key account management experience is preferred. Prior experience of Oncology Dx or NIPT is must Desired skills: Excellent communication skills, possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking & problem based solving skills. Have strong understanding of market trends Strong customer relationship building skills Good team player
