Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager (B2B) to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the electrical equipment sector (H.V. & L.V. Capacitors). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a defined territory, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including distributors, contractors, and end-users.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff (if applicable) to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • 2 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical equipment/products.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical products and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
