Senior Sales Manager (CASA)Function/ Department

: Branch BankingJob Purpose:This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of acquisition managers who sell current and savings accounts to customers. This role also oversees the sales targets, strategies, policies and procedures of the team, and ensures compliance with the bank's standards and regulations. They also monitor the performance, training and development of the acquisition managers.Roles & Responsibilities:Mentoring a team of Acquisition Managers.Identifying prospects for acquisition of potential customers for assets products thus generating fee-based revenues.Ensuring Sales Acquisition Process is followed including market coverage.Activating Clients on digital platforms, transactions, thereby responsible for building account float and meeting assigned targets.Imparting & refreshing product knowledge to team members, ensure complete updated product awareness within the team.Responsible of timely resolution of customer queries.Ensuring right level of staffing in the branch.Maintaining low team attrition.Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.Monitor the growth and execution as per the defined business plan.Secondary Responsibilities:Regularly conducting activities in the catchment to acquire good quality, HNI customers and build a strong visibility for IDFC First Bank.Working on Key Central Initiatives and seeking regular referrals from existing customer.Collaborating with other team members and support functions to provide products and service offerings to customers.Education Qualification:Graduation: Bachelor’s in engineering / Technology / Math’s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM.Experience:
